Yesterday’s highly anticipated “Show Me the Ballots” court hearing (which was set to review 2020 Fulton County mail-in ballots) was abruptly canceled by Judge Ingram.
Garland Favorito of VoterGA confirmed the hearing was scrapped despite a 2021 court order unsealing the ballots after a 2-year seal period. No reschedule yet.
Meanwhile, election watchdog Joe Rossi publicly called for the resignation of Georgia State Election Board Chairman John Fervier, citing unethical conduct during a key May 7 hearing. Rossi didn’t hold back:
“Your actions before and on the day of that hearing are in clear violation of this board’s own rules… I’m here to call for your immediate resignation.”
