BSc Degree in a related field of study
- Fresh graduates only (Class of 2024 & 2025)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Support in cost analysis, rate build-ups, and benchmarking for materials, labour, and equipment.
- Participate in site visits to collect data for estimation and tendering purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Provide administrative and technical support during tender evaluations and negotiations.
