And they’re not stopping there.
CBP also wants full family profiles: names, birthplaces, contact info, and addresses for spouses, parents, siblings, and children. One traveler could effectively expose their entire family to genetic surveillance—without their consent.
Nearly 14.5 million travelers apply each year. Critics warn this would create one of the most invasive data networks in history—with no answers on how the DNA would be stored, used, or protected.
