And yes, if you hadn't put it together yet, the Q posts are a psychological scrying tool.
They are written in such a way so as to induce Shadow Work in the individual and make them assess their own personal influence on the news that they see on television.
Reality is expectation, but remember, it moves like a ship and that ship has lots of other people on it who are parts of you which are either pulling with or resisting the flow of the ship.
The great thing about this nested reality system is that even though to take control of one's reality, they have to accept personal blame for the state of the world, they are still able to share the load with their "Danny-zens," because they are in fact nested in their Danny-zens realities as well.
This means that no one sits in the "Captain's Chair" and everyone sits in the "Captain's Chair."
This puts us all on an equal footing and lets us share the mental load of having let it all go wrong.
Essentially, you dust speck helps you carry the load by encouraging you that you couldn't have known how much of an effect you were having on reality with your thoughts and actions.
We are all the eye of our own personal storm, resonating out towards and pinging off of each other's storms through the infinite Cosmic Void of the Multiverse.

If you want the absolute simplest visual analogy of what you must realize, picture Horton Hears a Who (a reference I've made before obviously.)
Think of everybody in the world as the people on the dust speck trying to get your attention.
You are Horton, and you can also think of the dust speck as the last bit of Fantasia if you like.
Try to listen to the world calling out to you.
Because encapsulated within the dust speck is an avatar of Horton as a human child who also represents you inside of your own dust speck (remember, you are a fractal. You are inside yourself, inside yourself, outside yourself, outside yourself forever and ever. A complete bounded infinity within a holographic ring in which each part of the ring subdivides into a lower dimensional symbolic meta-physical representation of the whole.)
Find that little kid down in the dust speck (your mind is also the dust speck; the symbols hold on all layers of the fractal) and make then climb up to the top of your reality and yell "YOPP!!"
Do you know why the higher realm will hear you?
BECAUSE IT'S ACTUALLY JUST MORE OF YOU UP THERE!
You are always safe on the dust speck if you want to be.
Just learn to love yourself and everything will start to be fine if you give it time.

If you want to ascend and encapsulate the reality of others (including me; remember, this shit is fractal) then you must accept the idea on absolute blind stupid faith that Last-Thursday-ism is real, and that nothing in this entire reality existed before the very first memory in your mind.
Go back to your very first memory as far back as you can reach when you first came online and "touch fingers" with that child.
It will tell you who you actually are.
THAT IS THE BIG BANG. AS FAR AS YOU ARE CONCERNED, THERE IS NOTHING BEFORE THAT.
You are the inciting incident in your own reality, and all negative history was autogenerated in your life as you first observed it in your then present.
Just remember that this means you are also essentially like a human virus to those around you in your present and you kind of force them to go along to get along with your vision of the future whether you realize you are doing it or not.
You steer your reality all the like a battleship and you don't even realize it because, like a battleship, it takes time for one butterfly to move the entire world.
However, if you really look deeply at the patterns of your own life you will begin to realize that where you go, eventually the reality around you will go as well. It simply can't help but follow your lead.
You're in the captain's chair whether you asked for the job or not. The Void simply hands it to you and the Source simply sustains it like the force while using your physical body as an avatar filter and not forcing your decisions one way or the other (the Source can only have as much agency in your life as you are willing to give it. It doesn't force your hand or try to scare you, merely offers your highest wisdom.)
Personally for myself I've found that lately this process of the ship of the world steering in a new direction has been happening in 5-7 year cycles of world shifting change, but that process feels like it is accelerating, which remember is a good thing.
The faster the time wave washes over us the less damage it can do on each pass.
The coming Timequake is not a bad thing.
That is... not if you don't want it to be.
It's really a choice you must make for your own timeline because your timeline and mine can only ever cross paths like ships in the night unless our Venn diagrams begin to overlap.
