₹94% Wealth Destroyer – A Lesson for India’s IPO Investors GoPro was once a household name. Every YouTuber & vlogger had one. The brand was everywhere. But today… ➡️ The stock is down ~94% from its peak. Why? Because brand popularity ≠ great business economics. Now connect this with India’s IPO frenzy: Every second week, a new IPO is: • Oversubscribed • Grey market premiums • “Listing gains guaranteed” stories But the real money isn’t made on listing day. It’s made in years of business performance after that. What GoPro teaches Indian investors 💡 Before investing in any IPO, ask: ✅ Does the company have pricing power? ✅ Can it defend margins? ✅ Is demand sustainable or just a trend? ✅ Is management selling or buying? Remember: Good storytelling creates hype. Good business creates wealth. ——————— Free Investor Bootcamp on Sunday -> https://shorturl.at/u27H5

A Common Mistake Retail Investors Make They ignore the upcoming lock-in expiry of pre-IPO or QIP investors. Why this matters: * Pre-IPO and QIP investors cannot sell their shares immediately — they have a lock-in period. * Once the lock-in ends, these investors usually book profits by selling large quantities. * This sudden supply of shares can cause a quick fall in the stock price. Lock-in periods (usually): * QIP: Around 1 year * Pre-IPO: Around 6 months after listing What Smart Investors Do? If you like a company and notice a lock-in expiry coming soon, it’s often better to wait for the expiry. You may get the same stock at a cheaper price after the selling pressure. Recent Example: Kaynes Technology * Event: Around 18 November 2025, the 1.5-year lock-in for some pre-IPO and institutional investors ended. * Supply Shock: About 1.16 crore shares (almost 20% of the company) became free to trade. * Result: Early investors sold to book profits → huge supply → sharp drop in share price. A smart investor would have waited for this date and accumulated at a lower price. —————————— Sunday Free Workshop -> https://shorturl.at/u27H5

How to Identify Multibagger Stocks? The 5-Step Process 🔥 Everyone talks about multibaggers… But very few know how to actually find them. Here’s a simple process anyone can start using 👇 1️⃣ Think Long Term : Multibaggers are not created in 3 months. They need time, patience, and discipline. 2️⃣ Invest in the Business, Not the Stock Look beyond the share price. Ask: Is this business solving a real problem? Is it growing fast? 3️⃣ Look for “Walk-the-Talk” Management Great management doesn’t just make promises — they deliver quarter after quarter. 4️⃣ Expansion Must Show in the Numbers A business can tell stories… but profits, margins, and cash flows tell the truth. If numbers are expanding, the business is expanding. 5️⃣ Know When to Exit Every business has a peak. Exit when the business hits its full potential — not when the stock collapses later. ——————— Register here - https://aceink.creatorlabs.in Free Workshop - Multibagger Investing Date - 30th Nov 2025 Time - 11.00 AM

Hi everyone, You might have seen the latest India GDP Q2 Growth Data Highlights — and even FM Sitharaman said the numbers show the strength of our economy. Naturally, many are asking: “What will be the impact on the stock market?” Here’s the simple truth: ✅ GDP looks great ❌ But this growth isn’t visible in most listed companies’ quarterly results And that’s the surprising part. Markets don’t move on headline GDP. They move on earnings. Until this GDP growth starts showing up in actual company results, the market won’t fully accept or price in the story. So watch earnings, not just GDP headlines.

Medical Tourism — A Big Emerging Theme 🇮🇳 Eye surgery, dental implants, joint replacements, IVF — Up to 90% cheaper in India. Thousands already travel here for treatment. Now, with a visa-on-arrival plan for US & European medical tourists, India could become a $50B global healthcare hub. Investors should track hospital chains, diagnostics, and medical-infra companies that can benefit from this shift. Medical tourism stocks may see strong tailwinds ahead.

Finding potential multibaggers in the smallcap and microcap space requires a disciplined checklist. Hype can mislead — numbers don’t. Here are some of the most important parameters smart investors track: 1. ROCE (Return on Capital Employed) - Check the 5-year trend. - A stable or improving ROCE shows efficient capital allocation. - A declining ROCE is a warning sign. 2. EPS (Earnings Per Share) – 5-Year Trend - Is EPS growing consistently? - Rising EPS = improving profitability. - Falling EPS = possible business weakness. 3. Cash Flow From Operations (CFO) - A business must generate real cash, not just accounting profits. - Healthy CFO indicates the business is profitable at an operating level. 4. Gross Margin Trend - Increasing gross margins show pricing power or product mix improvement. - Declining margins may signal cost pressures or weak demand. 5. Operating Margin (EBIT Margin) - Steadily improving operating margins indicate strong operational control and scalability. 6. Interest Coverage Ratio - Tells you whether the company can comfortably service its debt. - Higher ratio = manageable debt. - Low ratio = financial stress risk. Smallcaps and microcaps can create wealth, but only when underlying fundamentals are strong. Always study trends, not just one-year numbers.

Many are asking: Will markets crash if the ruling party loses Bihar? 🤔 My answer: After a few days, the market will forget who won or lost… Because markets only remember profits and growth, not politics. 📈

Asset bought with debt brings peace and pride. Comfort bought with debt brings pain and regret. A foreign trip on EMI gives memories for a week, but stress for years. A land or good stock bought on debt may test your patience, but after 5 years — it can make you rich, proud, and happy.

3 Indicators to Track Market Trends If you’re trying to understand where the market or a stock is heading — these three indicators can simplify it for you 👇 1️⃣ 9 EMA (Exponential Moving Average) → Helps identify short-term trends. When price stays above 9EMA = bullish momentum When below = short-term weakness 2️⃣ 200 EMA → The long-term trend indicator. Above 200 EMA → market in uptrend Below 200 EMA → long-term downtrend 3️⃣ ADX (Average Directional Index) → Measures the strength of the trend. ADX above 25 → strong trend ADX below 20 → sideways or weak trend Simple Rule : When price is above both EMAs and ADX is rising → trend confirmation gets stronger. Understanding these three can help you filter noise and focus only on direction + strength — the two things that truly matter.

Another Day and Another IPO 😅 And many are asking for a detailed video on Groww IPO My answer is same — there’s no need for any video or analysis. IPO is a marriage-level event for a company 💍 - Just like people, companies also prepare for it for years… - They show their best side, best numbers, best story. But the real picture comes after 2–3 quarters. When you see promoters suddenly showing up everywhere… or institutions promoting the company like crazy — that’s your hint to sit back and watch. Because IPOs nowadays feel more like movie promotions and less like a value proposition for investors

Many are seeing Lenskart IPO is fully subscribed on Day 1.  You might be feeling — “Did I make a mistake by not applying?” But here’s how I see it 👇 Ola, Paytm, Nykaa, Mamaearth..  So was Swiggy, and so was Zomato... All fully subscribed IPOs. And you saw what happened when the hype cooled down. Only Zomato managed to rise after the fall — because it focused on profits and growth, not just hype. Remember what Warren Buffett said — Stocks are slaves of earnings. So follow earnings, ignore hype, and never regret resisting FOMO. If you’re resisting FOMO — you’re already doing better than most. 💪 Believe in your wisdom.

In yesterday’s video, we learnt a lot about EMS – Electronics Manufacturing Services 🔌 Most people think only of electronics brands when they hear EMS… But there’s a hidden growth story — Chemical sector! 🧪 Electronics manufacturing needs a wide range of chemicals 👇 • BOPP Film (SRF Ltd) – used in capacitors • Epoxy Resins – used in circuit boards • Photoresists & Etchants – used in semiconductor fabrication • Solvents & Cleaning Chemicals – for chip and component cleaning • Adhesives & Coatings – for insulation and protection • Silicones & Polymers – used in displays and connectors As EMS expands in India, demand for these niche specialty chemicals will shoot up 📈 So next time you study “electronics manufacturing” — Don’t just focus on the gadgets, look at the chemical side of the boom! 😉
