| 2 |  Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa apologised to the citizens for high pollution levels in the national capital, arguing that it was “impossible” for any elected government to reduce the AQI within 9-10 months.
“I apologise to the people of Delhi for the rising air pollution. We are working consistently to reduce it day by day. No government can completely control pollution levels within nine to ten months,” Sirsa said while addressing a press conference.

He migrated to Australia 27 years ago and had limited contact with his family in Hyderabad, the Telangana DGP office said in a statement.
The factors that led to radicalisation of Sajid Akram and his son Naveed Akram appear to have no connection with India or any local influence in Telangana, it said.
Sajid Akram completed his B.Com in Hyderabad and migrated to Australia in search of employment in November 1998, it said.
