| 2 |  +2Well guys theres absolutely nothing to do a live on here today. I saw a small group of NG getting out of a van and entering Union Station and I saw 3 NG by the WWII Memorial.
One thing that makes me happy is that the " I hate Trump" "86/47" big white tents that have been up in front of Union Station where the Tiktok "veterans" have been causing some issues have been chased off since theyre gonna do some sort of work there. They were extremely rude to anyone (including myself) to anyone who with a differing opinion that tried to have a conversation. I dont know if the people are still here but the tents (eyesores) are finally gone.

Ive only seen 6 NG throughout the govt district so it doesnt appear as if anymore have been brought in yet. There are no buses at the Crapitol and its crickets there. I was gonna take a walk and look at the Christmas trees in the Ellipse but they have it shut down while they're taking down everything from the tree lighting last night. They have the FIFA going on at the Kennedy Center but there's a bunch of road closures for it so Im gonna avoid that mess over that side of the city. Anyhow just nothing to really show you. | 7 |  My heart goes out to these 2 young Guardsmen and their families today. Sarah Beckstrom is only 20 yrs old and Andrew Wolfe only 24. They have their whole lives ahead of them. They are heroes for choosing to protect and serve our country and all of us in it. Never forget that no matter what your political stance is. And to be honest politics dont matter at the moment. Only their recovery. Its a sad day in America where they were not safe on their own soil. | 14 | We have been so sick for the past few days. I'm so use to being sick all the time but this is bad even for me. My bodies working so hard to fight it that all Ive done is sleep. But Jalin never gets sick and shes really down. I dont think I've ever seen her this sick. That tells me that whatever this is thats going around is vicious. It came fast and hard. If the rent is $1500 the tenant may pay $100 of that and the Government sends a voucher monthly for the remaining $1400. Every month. On time like clockwork. The properities are even inspected so they remain taken care of properly. So approximately 2.3 million private landlords are able to build their real estate portfolio and their mortgages are paid off by the taxpayers. We are paying that $1400 not the Government. All they have to do is rent to Section 8 voucher holders the duration of the loan.
I wonder how many of our politicians are some of these private landlords who have bought up a bunch of properties using shell companies and laugh all the way to the bank knowing us suckers are just making them richer and richer. The only thing tourists can enjoy at this time is the outside archutecture of the buildings and the Memorials. Thats it. Normally Constitution Ave and independence Ave are nothing but nose to nose busy food trucks but the roads are empty of them today. Only a handful between the both.
