I have a theory that tattoos on erogenous zones indicate greater mental illness, and the more sensitive the erogenous zone, the more severe the insanity. Disregarding head and neck tattoos (an undeniable sign of insanity), the order of insanity for women appears to be: Genitals > breasts > inner thighs > butt > tummy / hips > collar bones / traps > lower back > upper back > rest of thighs > wrists > ankles / feet > arms / calves. Well, based on this theory, at least. There are other factors, such as tattoo size and quantity (see quoted post). I've hunted for studies on tattoo location and mental illness correlations but apparently none exist. Somebody should conduct one to prove me right. Anyway, use this information wisely.
