Liberation You pay a greater price for being so nice and deferential than for consciously showing your Shadow. First, to follow the latter path you must begin by respecting your own opinions more and those of others less, particularly when it comes to your areas of expertise, to the field you have immersed yourself in. Trust your native genius and the ideas you have come up with. Second, get in the habit in your daily life of asserting yourself more and compromising less. Do this under control and at opportune moments. Third, start caring less what people think of you. You will feel a tremendous sense of liberation. Fourth, realize that at times you must offend and even hurt people who block your path, who have ugly values, who unjustly criticize you. Use such moments of clear injustice to bring out your Shadow and show it proudly. Fifth, feel free to play the impudent, willful child who mocks the stupidity and hypocrisy of others. Finally, flout the very conventions that others follow so scrupulously. In general, consider this a form of exorcism. Once you show these desires and impulses, they no longer lie hidden in corners of your personality, twisting and operating in secret ways. You have released your demons and enhanced your presence as an authentic human. In this way, the Shadow becomes your ally. Unfortunately there is no doubt about the fact that man is, as a whole, less good than he imagines himself or wants to be. Everyone carries a shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual’s conscious life, the blacker and denser it is. ~ Carl Jung. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

Longest and Shortest Journey Life's length and brevity are not fixed but rather fluid concepts, intimately tied to our perception. From the moment we take our first breath to our last, life unfolds in an unbroken sequence of moments. These moments accumulate, forming a lifetime of experiences, memories, and personal growth. Earth, they say, is a life sentence prison. In the grand tapestry of the universe, our time here is but a fleeting instant. The vastness of time and space dwarfs our earthly existence, reminding us that our lives are mere blinks of cosmic time. This perspective can be both humbling and daunting, urging us to make the most of our limited time. The paradox of life's length and brevity invites us to contemplate our purpose and priorities. In this enigmatic journey, we search for meaning, strive for happiness, and seek to leave a lasting impact. The challenge is to balance the accumulation of experiences with an awareness of life's transience. Live in the present, set meaningful goals and leave a legacy. Life is the longest and shortest thing you will ever do. It is a paradoxical journey filled with moments that stretch into eternity and yet pass in the blink of an eye. Embracing this paradox allows us to appreciate the richness of our experiences and the preciousness of every moment. It encourages us to find purpose, create meaning, and live our lives with intention. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

Create Your Own Luck Life is an intricate and dynamic journey filled with endless possibilities, challenges, and opportunities. Picture life as a grand, intricate game board, where you're not merely a spectator but an active player. This perspective transforms life's challenges and opportunities into parts of the game to be navigated and conquered. It's therefore imperative to live with intention, to make conscious decisions, and to pursue your passions and goals vigorously. Luck, therefore in this context, isn't just a matter of chance; it's a result of choice. It beckons us to be active participants, to embrace the dynamic nature of life, and to shape our own destinies. The idea of the life as a game is a call to action. To become an active player in the game of life, you need to be willing to take risks and accept that failure is a part of the journey. Just like any game, there are ups and downs. When you actively participate, you're not just a spectator but a creator of your own destiny. This proactive approach helps you make the most of every situation and seize opportunities that others might overlook. Non-players often complain that luck always seems to pass them by. They believe they are victims of circumstances and that fortune smiles only upon a select few. However, the truth is that you can create your own luck. To create your luck in this ever-shifting game, consider the following strategies: Embrace Challenges: Challenges are part of the game; they are not obstacles but stepping stones to growth and resilience; Take Risks: Calculated risks are opportunities to break out of your comfort zone and discover new horizons; Seek Knowledge: Learning is the rulebook of life. By acquiring knowledge and experiences, you gain a deeper understanding of the game's mechanics; Foster Resilience: Like any game, life has its setbacks; Embrace Change: The game of life is constantly evolving. Embrace change and adapt to new circumstances. Being flexible and open to change will help you create your own luck by capitalizing on shifting circumstances; Network and Connect: Building relationships and connections with others can open doors to new opportunities. Luck often comes through the people you know and the connections you've made. Remember, the object of the game is simple: Live the best life you can. So, leap into life, play it to the hilt, and relish the opportunity to create your luck. By embracing its unpredictability, facing challenges head-on, and actively participating in your own growth, you'll find that the most extraordinary and rewarding experiences are born from your willingness to play, learn, and adapt. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

IMPLEMENT & EXECUTE In order to effectively get through life, work, and your family life, you must learn how to successfully implement problem solving techniques. Rather than being method oriented, be result oriented or focused. Effective problem solving skills starts by defining the problem - you want to first figure out what is fact and what are opinions within the problem. You have to be thorough, even if you are quick to point out the exact underlying causes of the issue. Look for information about those causes, gather facts, and understand what the issue is completely. You should state the problem back to yourself, decide what standard it needs to be at, and only when all the information is collected should you move on to the next step. Which is to generate alternative solutions - don’t just go with the first thing that pops into your head unless, of course, it is an emergency situation where a quick response time is needed. Brainstorm ideas, flipping through your third eye, noting every possibility you can to fix it. Then, Evaluate and select - Pull all of the bias you have out of the situation and evaluate your options. Then choose your course of action. Finally, Move to implement/execute a solution. This is the point in which you can really shine as a leader. Whether it is at work or in front of your children, understanding, evaluating, and implementing a solution in a calm manner will show them you have everything under control. This illustration above can be used on a larger scale if necessary, but it comes in handy when you have but a few quick moments to decide upon the solution. You always want to have a process, though, even if it is unseen by anyone but yourself. Doing things in a manufactured and structured way will result in positive outcomes. While you were working through solving your problem, you were also making decisions. We make choices on a daily basis that we don’t even recognize doing. When it comes to the big ones, both personally and professionally, it is ideal to understand the process. Fortunately, the seven steps of decision making are almost identical to that of problem solving. Identify what decision to make: 🧠 Gather all the information about the choices. 🧠 Figure out what the alternatives are. 🧠 Weigh the information and evidence you’ve been given. 🧠 Select your decision based on evidence. 🧠 Make your final decision. 🧠 Review that decision when it’s complete, and make sure you understand the consequences. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

Embracing the Bicycle's Wisdom: Become one Imagine this: a world plunged into darkness, where humanity's survival hangs in the balance. In such dire circumstances, survival instincts come to the forefront, and resourcefulness becomes our greatest asset. But what can a humble bicycle teach us in the face of such turmoil? Picture yourself on that two-wheeled marvel, a simple yet powerful machine. In a world overrun by adversity, the bicycle becomes your steadfast companion, propelling you silently towards safety. It embodies resilience, adaptability, and the indomitable spirit of the human soul, refusing to yield to the forces of hardship. Even in the darkest of times, the act of pedaling forward becomes a symbol of unwavering optimism. Resilience in Simplicity - Just as bicycles thrive on simplicity, so too can our lives. We often clutter our existence with unnecessary complexities. To weather the storms of life, we must declutter and focus on what truly matters. In simplicity, we discover resilience. Mobility is Key - In a world where conventional vehicles falter, the bicycle shines. It is agile, capable of navigating tight spaces, and free from the constraints of dwindling fuel resources. In a life where swift movement is often crucial, remember that your determination and adaptability are your greatest assets, your lifeline. The Power of Silence - In a world where noise can spell danger, the bicycle offers a stealthy advantage. It moves quietly, allowing you to slip past perils unnoticed. In your journey through life, remember the value of discretion. Sometimes, it's the quiet steps that lead to the greatest triumphs. Adaptability - Much like bicycles, we must be agile and adaptable. Life is ever-changing, and success often hinges on our ability to adjust our strategies when needed. Embrace change, for it is the path to overcoming obstacles and thriving in any circumstance. Fueling Your Own Progress: Consider this - the bicycle's fuel is your own muscle power. It is sustainable. In life, you possess the power to drive your own progress and success. Harness your determination and perseverance, for they will carry you forward, just as a bicycle moves under its rider's power. In a world that bombards us with distractions and complexities, let us turn to the enduring wisdom of the bicycle. By embracing simplicity, sustainability, adaptability, and the other qualities exhibited by bicycles, we can navigate life's uncertainties more effectively. Just as bicycles offer hope in the most dire scenarios, we can find hope in becoming more like them - resilient, eco-conscious, self-driven, and adaptable. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

Humility Humility is a feeling that is simultaneously conjunctive and disjunctive. This feeling is also part of our relationship with the world around us, and as such is not to be separated from our psyche. Human society would be impossible without a measure of humility and modesty to make us conscious of the need for co-operation. Humility occurs whenever it seems that the value of one’s personal qualities is about to be questioned, or where one’s conscious self-esteem might be lost. This feeling is strongly communicated to the body, and results in the expansion of the peripheral capillaries. Congestion in the skin capillaries, or blushing, occurs, usually on the face, but there are some people who blush all over. Humility can also be an attitude of withdrawal. It can become a gesture of self-isolation, bound up with slight depression, which amounts to a readiness to flee from a threatening situation. Downcast eyes and coyness are preparations for flight, revealing that humility, like other feelings, can be disjunctive if misused. Some people become embarrassed so easily that all their relationships with other people are spoilt by this disjunctive trait. Its value as a means of achieving isolation becomes obvious when it is exaggerated in this way. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

The Visionaries: Pioneers of Possibility "The real hero is the first guy who looked at a wolf and saw a pet" Life often presents itself as a vast wilderness, filled with untamed challenges, uncertainties, and, at times, seemingly insurmountable odds. Just as a wolf once symbolized danger and the unknown, our journeys are fraught with moments that demand courage, innovation, and a unique perspective. A hero is not the one who conquers the known, but the one who dares to explore the unknown. It's the individual who gazes upon the fierce, wild nature of existence and envisions the extraordinary. It's the person who refuses to accept limitations and strives to redefine the boundaries of what is possible. Consider the lessons we can draw from the first "wolf whisperer": Unleash your imagination, see a world beyond immediate appearances “where a creature associated with fear and danger could become a companion”. Be resilience in the face of doubt, pioneers often face skepticism and doubt from others. It takes determination and unwavering belief in one's vision to pursue the unconventional path, then be innovative and adaptive, just as the hero transformed a wolf into a pet, we too can innovate and adapt to life's challenges. We can find creative solutions and turn obstacles into opportunities. Finally, create connections, heroes who see pets in wolves teach us the value of building connections and fostering relationships. Life becomes richer when we extend our hands to the unfamiliar and discover unexpected bonds. In our own lives, we encounter "wolves" in various forms - difficulties, setbacks, and moments that seem insurmountable. The real heroes are those who inspire us to confront these challenges with unwavering determination, who motivate us to see opportunities where others see obstacles. They remind us that greatness often emerges from the unconventional, that the path less traveled can lead to the most extraordinary destinations. They challenge us to look beyond the ordinary and seek out the extraordinary in ourselves and the world around us. "The real hero is the first guy who looked at a wolf and saw a pet." This quote is a tribute to the boundless potential of the human spirit. It celebrates those who inspire us to be heroes in our own lives, who encourage us to see beyond limitations and cultivate the determination and creativity needed to transform challenges into triumphs. As you navigate the intricate landscape of life, remember that heroism isn't limited to the pages of myths and legends. It resides within each of us, waiting to be awakened by our ability to see the extraordinary in the seemingly ordinary, to dream beyond the constraints of the present, and to turn the wild wolves of existence into loyal companions on our journey. So, embrace the hero within, and let your life story be a testament to the extraordinary power of vision, determination, and the belief that in the face of life's wolves, you can find your most loyal and inspiring pets. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

Navigating Life's Maze: The Compass Within Imagine life as a vast and intricate maze filled with twists and turns, obstacles, and unknown paths. This metaphor represents the complexities and challenges we encounter in our journey through life. To successfully navigate this maze, you need a compass, which is a metaphor for your internal guidance system. The first step in using your inner compass is self-awareness. This means having a deep understanding of yourself – your strengths, weaknesses, desires, fears, and your unique identity. It's like having a map of your own character. This self-awareness will help you make decisions aligned with your authentic self. If it resonates with your true self, your inner compass will guide you in that direction. Your inner compass also involves the ability to adapt and recalibrate when necessary. It's about being flexible while staying true to your core values. Your inner compass will help you adapt to the new situation while still honoring your values and long-term goals. To refine your inner compass, it's essential to regularly reflect on your experiences and learn from them. We are encouraged to practice introspection and critical thinking, that is refining our understanding of the world and ourselves. If you make a mistake or face a challenge, take the time to reflect on what went wrong and what you can learn from the experience. This self-reflection will help you make better decisions in the future. Existentialist philosophers emphasize the idea that life has no inherent meaning, and we must create our own purpose through our choices. Your inner compass is your tool for making these choices. When faced with the existential void, your values and principles give you a foundation upon which to build a meaningful life. We cannot control external events, but we can control our reactions to them. Your inner compass can help you cultivate the stoic virtue of resilience. When life presents challenges, you can choose to face them with equanimity and strength, guided by your principles. The Compass Within is not just a practical tool for making daily decisions; it's also a philosophical and psychological framework for living a meaningful and purposeful life. By continually refining your inner compass through self-awareness and learning, you can navigate life's maze with wisdom and resilience, ultimately finding fulfillment and purpose in the process. Remember that the journey through life's maze is as important as the destination, and the challenges you face can be opportunities for growth and self-discovery. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

Financial Resilience Financial resilience is a crucial aspect of navigating life, and it involves the ability to weather financial challenges, adapt to changes, and ultimately maintain your financial well-being even in the face of adversity. Financial resilience often starts with a mindset. It's about being adaptable and having the psychological flexibility to handle unexpected financial setbacks. Resilient individuals can bounce back from financial stressors and view them as opportunities for growth rather than insurmountable obstacles. Financial resilience ties into the idea of prudence and wise decision-making. It's about making well-thought-out financial choices and preparing for the future while living in the present. Building financial resilience is a lifelong process. It involves creating a stable financial foundation, reducing debt, and having a clear financial plan. It also means learning to differentiate between needs and wants and making responsible choices. Part of being financially resilient is being resourceful. Understand that everyone makes financial mistakes at some point. It's how you learn from these mistakes that can strengthen your financial resilience. Don't dwell on past errors; use them as lessons for future decisions. Consider the concept of risk management. Diversifying your investments, spreading your risk across different asset classes, and not putting all your financial eggs in one basket can be seen as a prudent approach to life and finances. Philosophy often encourages individuals to contemplate their life's purpose and long-term goals. Financial resilience can be framed within this context, as it enables you to work toward your life's purpose without being unduly burdened by financial stress. Lastly, remember that financial resilience isn't solely about amassing wealth for personal gain. Philosophy often emphasizes the importance of generosity and contributing to the well-being of others. Building financial resilience can also mean having the capacity to help others in need. #WealthHack ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

Vulnerability: Fostering Deeper Connections and Authenticity Vulnerability is the willingness to expose your true thoughts, emotions, and feelings to others, even when they might be uncomfortable or make you feel exposed. It's about being open and authentic, allowing others to see your genuine self rather than a facade you might put up to protect yourself. Vulnerability is closely related to the idea of emotional intelligence and self-awareness. When you're vulnerable, you're in touch with your emotions, and you're capable of expressing them in a healthy and honest way. This self-awareness helps you understand your own feelings, motivations, and insecurities, which in turn enhances your ability to connect with others on a deeper level. By embracing vulnerability, you're being true to your own experiences and emotions, and you're encouraging others to do the same. This creates a space for genuine and meaningful interactions. Human beings are wired for connection. We seek understanding, empathy, and companionship. When you open up and share your vulnerabilities with others, you create a space for empathy and compassion to flourish. Think of it this way: when you meet someone who appears flawless and never admits to struggles, you might find it hard to connect because it feels like they're presenting a perfect image. On the other hand, when someone is open about their challenges and vulnerabilities, you're more likely to relate to them and build a stronger connection. Embracing vulnerability means being open about your true thoughts and feelings, even when they expose your insecurities or uncertainties. By doing so, you foster deeper connections with others, as they're more likely to reciprocate your honesty and authenticity. This concept draws from psychology's emphasis on emotional intelligence, philosophy's focus on authenticity, and the innate human need for genuine connections. As you navigate life, remember that showing vulnerability isn't a sign of weakness; it's a pathway to building meaningful relationships and understanding the rich tapestry of human experiences. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

True Thinking People think they think, but it’s not true. It’s mostly self-criticism that passes for thinking. True thinking is rare—just like true listening. Thinking is listening to yourself. It’s difficult. To think, you have to be at least two people at the same time. Then you have to let those people disagree. Thinking is an internal dialogue between two or more different views of the world. Viewpoint One is an avatar in a simulated world. It has its own representations of past, present and future, and its own ideas about how to act. So do Viewpoints Two, and Three, and Four. Thinking is the process by which these internal avatars imagine and articulate their worlds to one another. You can’t set straw men against one another when you’re thinking, either, because then you’re not thinking. You’re rationalizing, post-hoc. You’re matching what you want against a weak opponent so that you don’t have to change your mind. You’re propagandizing. You’re using double-speak. You’re using your conclusions to justify your proofs. You’re hiding from the truth. True thinking is complex and demanding. It requires you to be articulate speaker and careful, judicious listener, at the same time. It involves conflict. So, you have to tolerate conflict. Conflict involves negotiation and compromise. So, you have to learn to give and take and to modify your premises and adjust your thoughts—even your perceptions of the world. Sometimes it results in the defeat and elimination of one or more internal avatar. #Rationality ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

DREAMS We must deal with that important and significant activity that occurs during our sleep, the ‘night’ dream. In general, it may be said that night dreaming is a repetition of the same process that goes on in day-dreams. Experienced psychologists have pointed to the fact that the character of human beings may easily be read from their dreams. Actually dreams have preoccupied mankind to an enormous degree since the dawn of history. In the sleep dream, as in the day-dream, we are dealing with an attempt to map, plan and direct the future life towards a goal of security. The most obvious difference is that day-dreams are comparatively easily understood, whereas sleep dreams are only seldom comprehended. It is not surprising that dreams are not readily understandable, and we might easily be tempted to see in this an indication that dreams are superfluous and insignificant. For the time being let it be said that the striving for power of individuals who are seeking to overcome difficulties and maintain their position in the future is echoed in their dreams. Dreams offer us important insights into the problems of someone’s emotional life. Day-Dream: The fantasies of children and grown-ups, sometimes called day-dreams, are always concerned with the future. These ‘castles in the air’ are the goal of their activity, built up in fictional form as models for real activity. Studies of childhood fantasies show clearly that the striving for power plays the predominant role. Children express their ambition in their day-dreams. Most of their fantasies begin with the words ‘when I grow up’, and so on. There are many adults who live as though they too were not yet grown up. The clear emphasis on the striving for power indicates again that the psyche can develop only when a certain goal has been set; in our civilization, this goal involves social recognition and significance. An individual never stays long with any neutral goal, for the communal life of humankind is accompanied by constant self-evaluation giving rise to the desire for superiority and the hope of success in competition. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

Understanding Reality Of course, we want to understand reality, but how? And why is it important? In order to see a problem for what it is, we must first break it down into its substantive parts so the interconnections can reveal themselves. This bottom-up perspective allows us to expose what we believe to be the causal relationships and how they will govern the situation both now and in the future. Being able to accurately describe the full scope of a situation is the first step to understanding it. Using the lenses of our mental models helps us illuminate these interconnections. The more lenses used on a given problem, the more of reality reveals itself. The more of reality we see, the more we understand. The more we understand, the more we know what to do. Simple and well-defined problems won’t need many lenses, as the variables that matter are known. So too are the interactions between them. In such cases we generally know what to do to get the intended results with the fewest side effects possible. When problems are more complicated, however, the value of having a brain full of lenses becomes readily apparent. When understanding is separated from reality, we lose our powers. Understanding must constantly be tested against reality and updated accordingly. This isn’t a box we can tick, a task with a definite beginning and end, but a continuous process. You all know the person who has all the answers on how to improve your organization, or the friend who has the cure to world hunger. While pontificating with friends over a bottle of wine at dinner is fun, it won’t help you improve. The only way you’ll know the extent to which you understand reality is to put your ideas and understanding into action. If you don’t test your ideas against the real world—keep contact with the earth—how can you be sure you understand? #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

Mental Models In life and business, the person with the fewest blind spots wins. Removing blind spots means we see, interact with, and move closer to understanding reality. We think better. And thinking better is about finding simple processes that help us work through problems from multiple dimensions and perspectives, allowing us to better choose solutions that fit what matters to us. The skill for finding the right solutions for the right problems is one form of wisdom. The pursuit of this form of wisdom, the pursuit of uncovering how things work, the pursuit of going to bed smarter than when we woke up. It is about getting out of our own way so we can understand how the world really is. Decisions based on improved understanding will be better than ones based on ignorance. While we can’t predict which problems will inevitably crop up in life, we can learn time-tested ideas that help us prepare for whatever the world throws at us. Perhaps more importantly, this is about avoiding problems. This often comes down to understanding a problem accurately and seeing the secondary and subsequent consequences of any proposed action. Don’t be a great problem solver, always want to avoid problems—prevent them from happening and doing it right from the beginning. How can we do things right from the beginning? We must understand how the world works and adjust our behavior accordingly. Contrary to what we’re led to believe, thinking better isn’t about being a genius. It is about the processes we use to uncover reality and the choices we make once we do. Mental models describe the way the world works. They shape how we think, how we understand, and how we form beliefs. Largely subconscious, mental models operate below the surface. We’re not generally aware of them and yet they’re the reason when we look at a problem we consider some factors relevant and others irrelevant. They are how we infer causality, match patterns, and draw analogies. They are how we think and reason. A mental model is simply a representation of how something works. We cannot keep all of the details of the world in our brains, so we use models to simplify the complex into understandable and organizable chunks. Whether we realize it or not, we then use these models every day to think, decide, and understand our world. While there are millions of mental models, some true and some false; the objectively true mental models put to proper use, they will improve your understanding of the world we live in and improve your ability to look at a situation through different lenses, each of which reveals a different layer. They can be used in a wide variety of situations and are essential to making rational decisions, even when there is no clear path, they will allow you to walk around any problem in a three-dimensional way. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

The World According to You Take a moment to examine the difference between your experience of the outside world and your interactions with the mental world. When you’re just thinking, you’re free to create whatever thoughts you want in your mind, and these thoughts are expressed through the voice. You are very accustomed to settling into the playground of the mind and creating and manipulating thoughts. This inner world is an alternate environment that is under your control. The outside world, however, marches to its own laws. When the voice narrates the outside world to you, those thoughts are now side by side, in parity, with all your other thoughts. All these thoughts intermix and actually influence your experience of the world around you. What you end up experiencing is really a personal presentation of the world according to you, rather than the stark, unfiltered experience of what is really out there. This mental manipulation of the outer experience allows you to buffer reality as it comes in. For example, there are myriad things that you see at any given moment, yet you only narrate a few of them. The ones you discuss in your mind are the ones that matter to you. With this subtle form of preprocessing, you manage to control the experience of reality so that it all fits together inside your mind. Your consciousness is actually experiencing your mental model of reality, not reality itself. You have to watch this very carefully because you do it all the time. You’re walking outside in the winter, you start to shiver, and the voice says, “It’s cold!” Now how did that help you? You already knew it was cold. You’re the one who’s experiencing the cold. Why is it telling you this? You re-create the world within your mind because you can control your mind whereas you can’t control the world. That is why you mentally talk about it. If you can’t get the world the way you like it, you internally verbalize it, judge it, complain about it, and then decide what to do about it. This makes you feel more empowered. When your body experiences cold, there may be nothing you can do to affect the temperature. But when your mind verbalizes, “It’s cold!” you can say, “We’re almost home, just a few more minutes.” Now you feel better. In the thought world there’s always something you can do to control the experience. Basically, you re-create the outside world inside yourself, and then you live in your mind. What if you decided not to do this? If you decide not to narrate and, instead, just consciously observe the world, you will feel more open and exposed. This is because you really don’t know what will happen next, and your mind is accustomed to helping you. It does this by processing your current experiences in a way that makes them fit with your views of the past and visions of the future. All of this helps to create a semblance of control. If your mind doesn’t do this, you simply become too uncomfortable. Reality is just too real for most of us, so we temper it with the mind. You will come to see that the mind talks all the time because you gave it a job to do. You use it as a protection mechanism, a form of defense. Ultimately, it makes you feel more secure. As long as that’s what you want, you will be forced to constantly use your mind to buffer yourself from life, instead of living it. This world is unfolding and really has very little to do with you or your thoughts. It was here long before you came, and it will be here long after you leave. In the name of attempting to hold the world together, you’re really just trying to hold yourself together. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

Letting Go of the Old Person People want to get rid of their flaws and improve themselves, but at the same time they aren’t willing to let go of their unfavorable behaviors and habits. They’re slaves to their weaknesses, often equating them with who they are. An overweight person will never change unless they stop thinking of themselves as an overweight person. If being obese is something that you use as your personal definition and (what’s even worse) you feel fine referring to yourself in such a way, how do you expect to become a new person? A person who defines themselves as a video gamer and wears it as a badge of honor will be unlikely to adopt new, more productive behaviors until they become willing to let go of their old identity of a gamer. True, there’s nothing inherently wrong in being a gamer. However, if it stands in the way of accomplishing your goals, rethink whether it’s an identity that serves you or if perhaps it’s time to give it up so you can start doing other things that are more consistent with a new you. Who’s the old you and who’s the new you? How often do you engage in the behaviors of the old you and how often do you manifest the traits of the new you? Shift the balance toward the new you and one by one, eradicate the undesirable old behaviors. You must be willing to let go of the old person in order to become the new person. You must be willing to stop doing certain things in order to start doing the things that are consistent with the new you #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature

Empowerment through Choice: Shaping Your Own Destiny In this world, there are two types of people: those who choose, and those who are chosen. The ones who choose are the ones who have agency, who are in control of their own destiny. They are the ones who make the decisions, who take the risks, and who shape their own lives. The ones who are chosen are the ones who are at the mercy of others, who are subject to the whims of fate. They are the ones who are told what to do, who are given opportunities, and who are defined by the choices of others. In a world where so much is out of our control, it is essential to be the one who does the choosing. When we choose, we take responsibility for our own lives. We decide what we want to do, who we want to be, and where we want to go. We create our own destiny, rather than letting it be created for us. Of course, choosing is not always easy. It often means making difficult decisions, taking risks, and facing challenges. But it is also the only way to truly live our lives to the fullest. When we choose, we are in control of our own destiny. We are the masters of our own fate. The power of choice lies in our ability to exercise autonomy over our lives. When we take the reins and become active decision-makers, we break free from the shackles of external influences and societal expectations. By embracing autonomy, we transcend the role of a passive participant, allowing ourselves to pursue our individual desires, aspirations, and values. Whether it's choosing a career path, defining personal relationships, or pursuing our passions, being the one who does the choosing empowers us to live life on our own terms. When we become the ones who choose, we become beacons of inspiration for others. By embracing our own agency and following our passions, we demonstrate the transformative power of choice. Our courage and determination inspire those around us to take charge of their own lives and become active decision-makers. In this way, we create a ripple effect, empowering others to embrace their own agency and shape their destinies. The choice is yours. Here are some tips for being the one who does the choosing: • Be clear about your goals and values: What do you want to achieve in life? What is important to you? Once you know what you want, you can start making decisions that will help you achieve your goals. • Don't be afraid to take risks: If you want to achieve something great, you need to be willing to step outside of your comfort zone and take some risks. • Don't be afraid to fail: Everyone fails sometimes. The important thing is to learn from your mistakes and keep moving forward. • Be confident in your decisions: Once you've made a decision, believe in yourself and your ability to make the right choice. Being the one who does the choosing is not always easy, but it is essential if you want to live a happy, fulfilling life. So start today by taking control of your own life and making the decisions that are right for you. #HumanNature ♡ ㅤ   ⎙ㅤ  ⌲ 🔕💪 ˡᶦᵏᵉ ˢᵃᵛᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉ ᵏⁱⁿᵈˡʸ ᵘⁿᵐᵘᵗᵉ ᶜʰᵃⁿⁿᵉˡ Join now👇👇👇 @Laws_of_Human_Nature
