| 19 |  ❗️A Canadian counterintelligence officer, Matthew Robar, has been arrested on charges of transferring secret information to Ukrainian intelligence without the approval of his superiors, reported The Globe and Mail newspaper, citing sources.
🇨🇦🇺🇦According to the newspaper, the arrest took place last week. Robar has been charged with "transmitting special operational information" and "abusing trust in relation to protected information". The suspect could face a sentence of up to life imprisonment on these charges.
